Dates go stale
You renewed last month, but the sheet still shows the old date. Or worse: the sheet says renewed and the registrar doesn't.
Domain portfolio management · Private beta planned for 2027
Track every domain across every registrar. See when each one really expires, what it costs to keep, and what it has earned. Get reminders before renewals, and if you don't respond to an urgent one, we also tell the person you choose.
Free plan planned for up to 500 domains. No credit card, no ownership proof, no registrar login.

Spreadsheets are where most portfolios live, and where things quietly go wrong.
You renewed last month, but the sheet still shows the old date. Or worse: the sheet says renewed and the registrar doesn't.
One missed cell and your "total invested" is wrong, and nothing in the sheet tells you.
Buy a batch of names in one month, and a year later they all renew in the same month, along with the bill.
If the reminder email lands in spam, or you're away, nobody else hears about it until it's too late.
I hold domains across several registrars and kept them in a spreadsheet: costs, expiry dates, marketplace listings, notes. It worked until it didn't. The totals drifted, a premium renewal crept up on me, and I spent evenings checking registrar dashboards one by one.
SimpleDomainManager is the tool I wanted: private, simple, and honest about what it knows and what it doesn't.
Paste a list of domains, or upload your CSV or Excel file. We match your columns automatically, and you check everything before it's saved.
Expiry dates, registrars and registry status come from public registry data where it's available, and each date shows where it came from.
Get reminders before renewals, warnings when something important changes, and a clear view of what your portfolio costs and earns.
These are the capabilities planned for the first release.
Templates
Pick Domain Investor, Blogger, Business, Agency, Developer or Blank. You get the right columns, views and reminders from day one.
Customization
Add your own fields, choose columns, and save views. Switch templates any time without losing data.
Expiry tracking
Each date shows where it came from, conflicts are flagged, and a renewal counts as unconfirmed until the registry shows it.
Alerts
Renewal reminders at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days (you can change them), a daily digest, and escalation to a backup contact if an urgent alert goes unanswered.
Money
Purchase and renewal costs, sales and fees in one ledger. See next year's renewal bill month by month, and your actual results.
Bulk management
Edit in place, filter, bulk-update hundreds of domains and export any time. Designed for portfolios of 10,000+ domains.

Reminders, escalation and your backup email are planned for every plan, including Free, because they're the reason this exists.
No. Add any domain you manage, for yourself, your employer or your clients. No DNS records, no verification steps.
No. Paste a list or upload your spreadsheet. Optional registrar connections are planned after launch.
From public registry data (RDAP, and WHOIS for a few extensions), or from you. Each date shows its source. Some extensions, such as .de and .bd, don't publish expiry dates. For those you enter the date, and we still remind you.
No. We're not a registrar and we never act on your domains. We remind you, track what you've paid, and confirm the renewal once the registry shows it.
You'll upload it as CSV or Excel and see a preview of every change before anything is saved, with an undo for imports. You'll be able to export everything at any time.
Yes. Only people you invite will see your domains, prices and notes. We don't sell or share your data.
